Successful people are lazy

I read a line somewhere it says that most successful people are lazy.

Don’t get it wrong.

Lazy as in they don’t like to do things as they are done and want to do it in a faster, easier and efficient way.

So they start finding ways for this.

And if they find a way they get successful.

It’s the same meaning as the saying

Necessity is the mother of all inventions.

As they are lazy they have a Necessity of doing things in a different way

And this leads to new inventions or new ways.
